About Marmotta Alpin Hotel

Located in the alps, at an altitude of 900 meters, you will find the recently renovated Marmotta Alpin Hotel. With a unique view of the rustic mountain village of Mühlbach, the Marmotta Alpin Hotel is your home for a summer or winter vacation in Salzburgerland.

The hotel was completely renovated in 2015 to a modern Austrian charm hotel accommodating 45 guests. Spacious luxurious rooms with balconies, wellness, restaurant, cozy lounge and bar with Belgian beers, sunny terraces, private parking, free Wifi, ski and bike area make Marmotta Alpin Hotel more than worthwhile in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the center of Mühlbach am Hochkönig and near the KarbachAlm elevator that takes you to 1921 meters on the Schneeberg. Here you find yourself directly in Ski Amadé, Austria’s largest ski area, with 130km of ski runs of varying difficulty and a wonderful snowboard park from the hotel as well as the possibility to visit ski areas such as Waghrain, Flachau, Dachstein and others with 1 single ski pass!

In our hotel we welcome both families and groups of friends who are looking forward to a sporty vacation in the mountains, or want to relax together in a comfortable and casual atmosphere. All facilities in and around the hotel are aimed at providing our guests with a fantastic stay.
