SCHNEEBERG HIKE

The Schneeberg near Mühlbach am Hochkönig is a wonderful hiking destination. The cable car (Karbachbahn) comfortably takes you to the top of the mountain station – where the Karbachalm, with its large children’s playground, invites you for the first stop of your holiday. The hike continues towards Schneeberg, passing alpine meadows full of blooming flowers and happy cows. A final steep climb, then the summit cross is reached at an altitude of 1921 meters. The panoramic view from this mountain is unique.
